Easy to use - Simply slide our universal silicone holster over your hearing device and loop the safety ring through the hole at the bottom of the holster. Then attach your hearing aid to your ear and gently attach the cuff to your earlobe. Cuff can be gently widened or pinched to adjust.
The Patented Deafmetal USA holster is sold separately and will need to be purchased along with the safety ring in order to wear.
Each Deafmetal USA jewelry is sold in one piece as some individuals only wear one hearing device.

First time wearing hearing aids and I was looking for something to keep them secure. These feel comfortable and look great! I did a couple tests jumping, jogging, and bending over, these aids aren’t going anywhere.

This saved me! I’ve worn Jabra BTE hearing aids for 3 years and recently upgraded to the newer smarter smaller versions. I’ve been struggling with the fit for many months because my ears aren’t symmetrical and my right aid won’t sit snuggly. I have long hair that moves it just flopped around and buzzed. This ring plus the halter took me a very brief time to attach and adjust to hook around my ear and Voila! Snug as a bug. The right aid doesn’t budge. I can shake my head and move my hair and forget it’s there! And it looks cute! Such a win!
Works well to keep my cochlear processor in place.
I really like knowing I will feel a tug on my ear if my hearing aid falls off, but I'm unable to reshape this ring so that it doesn't hurt myear. I wish it came in a larger size.
