Easy to use - Simply slide our universal silicone holster over your hearing device and loop the safety ring through the hole at the bottom of the holster. Then attach your hearing aid to your ear and gently attach the cuff to your earlobe. Cuff can be gently widened or pinched to adjust.

The Patented Deafmetal USA holster is sold separately and will need to be purchased along with the safety ring in order to wear.

Each Deafmetal USA jewelry is sold in one piece as some individuals only wear one hearing device.

I really loved these! I wear hearing aids in both ears and these look really beautiful when I wear my hair up. An added bonus is, it helps my hearing aids stay behind my ears when I wear glasses or a face mask.
