Available in 18k plated gold over silver or silver. Cuff attaches to the holster (sold separately) via a clasp as shown. Cuff is adjustable to widen for any size ear - NO PIERCING REQUIRED.

Off the ear cochlear implant wearers : Sailor cuff also has a clasp on the back side that you can attach any of our safety chains to in order to wear with an off the ear CI.  The other side of the safety chain would then attach to your off the ear CI fastener. Chains and Fasteners sold separately. Each of these cuffs are sold as a single unit.
