I got the Shorty chains for a job that doesn’t allow dangling jewelry and they are just what I expected. I only wish the chain links were a little larger and sturdier, but then a trade off would be them becoming heavier and more obtrusive!

Great for Teachers/Teacher Assistants for Special Education
I am a Teacher Assistant for high school students with special needs and I use this safety chain with my hearing aids and I attach them to my earring. This has helped me greatly as this is my second pair of hearing aids. The first set broke when working with and/or having to intervene with students with special needs. My first set broke when they were knocked out of my ear and ended up on the ground. Work does not replace broken hearing aids and my insurance doesn't cover them so I can't afford to keep replacing hearing aids when they break. This safety chain has already saved my hearing aids multiple times when they have been knocked out of my ear by a student or even when I knock them out when my glasses are taken off. No more hearing aids falling to the floor!
