Simply loop safety ring through the hole in the holster (sold separately) and then attach to ear .Instructions included.
Each safety ring is sold as a single unit. Holsters are also sold separately.

Pricey, but great! You do have to adjust them each time so they fit to your ear. Takes getting used to.
