Off the ear cochlear implant wearers : Melted cuff also has a clasp on the back side that you can attach any of our safety chains to in order to wear with an off the ear CI.  The other side of the safety chain would then attach to your off the ear CI fastener. Chains and Fasteners sold separately. Each of these cuffs are sold as a single unit.

Each Deafmetal earring is sold as a single unit , so please make sure to order two if you wear binaural hearing devices. Also our patented tranparent holster is sold separately along with other fastener options for cochlear implants.
