Our Deafmetal holster is the silicone fastener that is needed to attach all Deafmetal USA jewelry. These holsters work for all RIC, BTE and behind the ear CI processors. Made out of flexible silicone, these gently slide over the bottom of your hearing device and has a tiny hole at the end of it where you can connect your jewelry. Whether it is a retention cuff or jewelry with a clasp, the jewelry connect onto the end of the holster and then attaches to the ear.
Each holster is sold as a single unit so please purchase one per hearing device.

I love the concept using these for helping my ear gear be more secure. I did run into a situation where one of them broke after only having them for two weeks. I reached out to DEAFMETAL and they quickly responded with a helpful information that the soft silicone material can get micro tears if we use fingernails to help put them on and take them off of our ear gear. This can result in premature breakage.
I have since left them on my gear with the safety chain attached when I need to recharge my batteries. I ordered extras so both sets of batteries have them on. DEAFMETAL immediately sent a replacement for my broken one.
The holster fits great and works great. I feel better that I won't loose my hearing aid.
