The Deafmetal® Holster is a flexible silicone hearing aid and cochlear implant fastener available from Deafmetal USA, the official U.S. retailer for Deafmetal®. Designed for added retention and security, the Holster works with any RIC or BTE hearing aid as well as behind-the-ear (BTE) cochlear implant processors.
Made from soft, flexible silicone, the Deafmetal Holster gently slides over the bottom of your hearing device and features a small opening at the end where you can connect your Deafmetal jewelry. Pair your Holster with a Deafmetal safety ring or cuff, safety chain, earring, or other compatible jewelry to help keep your hearing device secure while creating a look that reflects your personal style.
Each Deafmetal Holster is sold individually. Please order one Holster per hearing aid or cochlear implant processor.

I think the holster should automatically come with all jewelry
Works as expected. I really like that it is versatile and works with many different earrings.

This holster made it a zillion times easier to pair with the Cochlear. The video was very helpful.
These seem stretchy and well made. A bit pricey though.
