Our Deafmetal holster is the silicone fastener that is needed to attach all Deafmetal USA jewelry. These holsters work for all RIC, BTE and behind the ear CI processors. Made out of flexible silicone, these gently slide over the bottom of your hearing device and has a tiny hole at the end of it where you can connect your jewelry. Whether it is a retention cuff or jewelry with a clasp, the jewelry connect onto the end of the holster and then attaches to the ear.
Each holster is sold as a single unit so please purchase one per hearing device.

Love my Deafmetal Holster. Fits perfectly. I like the clear one as it doesn't bring attention to myself. It does not irrate my skin, fits like a skin on my earing aid.
I'm a student nurse (graduating soon!) who also has hearing loss and wears BTE hearing aids. Whenever I have to use a stethoscope, I have to take my hearing aids out of my ears first. Quite a few times I've dropped my (expensive!!!) hearing aids onto the hospital floor or had to rummage around in my pockets to find them again while talking to my patients. However these holsters and the cuff you can purchase with them are a game changer! Now, I can pull the hearing aid out of my ear and simply let it fall back behind my ear- held by the holster and cuff- as I auscultate and then very easily pull them back into place. Additionally, when I pull my mask off I no longer have to worry about accidentally ripped my hearing aid off with it. It doesn't hurt that the cuff is very cute too. Overall, 10/10 purchase would recommend to other healthcare workers who also use BTE hearing aids.
The ear cuffs are beautiful quality and the holsters are very sturdy, with enough stretch to fit easily.
