Easy to use - Simply slide our universal silicone holster over your hearing device and loop the diamond safety ring through the hole at the bottom of the holster. Then attach your hearing aid to your ear and gently attach the cuff to your earlobe. Cuff can be gently widened or pinched to adjust.
The Patented Deafmetal USA holster is sold separately and will need to be purchased along with the safety ring in order to wear.
Each Deafmetal USA jewelry is sold in one piece as some individuals only wear one hearing device.

It fits comfortably and securely on my ear without pinching, and the diamond looks great! It adds the perfect touch of edge and elegance, including the confident that I won’t be losing my hearing aid.
It's beautiful, but I had a hard time getting it to fit properly. After some googling, I found that on the European site for this item it says "Diamond Ring has a smaller diameter than our other safety rings (10mm) and is best suited for children and petite ears," but that same advice is not provided on the page for this item in the US.
Cute, but way too small for my ear. Honestly surprised by the size difference between their regular safety rings and this one. Genuinely wish it was the same size as the regular safety rings because it’s just so pretty.
Got the diamond one &it was very easy to adjust to my ear. I was concerned that it would be stiff and perhaps not be comfortable but was glad to see that it's easy to expand out. Really nice, now getting the one with the star for the other ear. Now I'm less concerned about accidentally losing my hearing aids.
