These 4 cm chains were born out of a US Deafmetal customer request to make shorter chains for retention of her hearing aids...here they are! Now available in 3 colors! Simply attach one clasp to the holster (not included) and the other clasp to your favorite standard earring back (not included) and you have your very own Deafmetal!
The patented DEAFMETAL® Holster (which is the silicone piece that stretches to attach to the back of the hearing aid/BTE cochlear implant processor) is not included in the price, so please remember to order holsters separately. From our website, there are a variety of color choices for the holster itself. If you wear an off the ear CI processor, we have other attachments that will fit.
All DEAFMETAL® jewelry is sold as a single price, not in pairs, as there are many people who only use one hearing aid/cochlear implant.

These are excellent! My hearing aids are much more secure and I don’t worry about losing one. The short chain sits flush against the back of my ear so you can hardly see it and can’t feel it at all. The only downside is that it takes a bit of practice to get it attached to the earring. I also didn’t realize I’d need to remove the holster to put them into the charger each night, so I wonder if it will wear out over time.
My shorty silver serpentine chain arrived yesterday and I love it! It works perfectly with my BAHA. Unlike the longer chains, this one doesn't "thwack" me when I nod or shake my head, and that's a good thing!
