Off the ear cochlear implant wearers : Ring of hearts cuff also has a clasp on the back side that you can attach any of our safety chains to in order to wear with an off the ear CI.  The other side of the safety chain would then attach to your off the ear CI fastener. Chains and Fasteners sold separately. Each of these cuffs are sold as a single unit.
