Our Clip Cuff is an adjustable Deafmetal Safety Ring that opens and squeezes shut around the earlobe as shown. Attaches to the holster (not included) and then to your lobe, keeping your hearing aid or BTE cochlear implant attached at the ear. Available in Silver, 18k plated Gold, or electroplated Black.
The patented DEAFMETAL® Holster (which is the silicone piece that stretches to attach to the back of the hearing aid/cochlear implant processor) is not included in the price, so please remember to order holsters separately. From our website, there are a variety of color choices for the holster itself.
All DEAFMETAL USA jewelry is sold as a single price, not in pairs, as there are many people who only use one hearing aid/cochlear implant.

While the clips are lovely, one is so hard to open and close that I have a difficult time attaching it to my ear. the audio person I saw thought that oil on the hinge might help. But. I am having a VERY HARD time opening it and closing it. That is why my rating is as it is.

I recently purchased hearing aids and wanted some way to safely wear them. These Clip Cuffs Gold hold my hearing aids so I will not lose them and look like an attractive piece of jewelry.
It works perfectly. When I did yoga, my hearingaids would fall off. This solved the problem.
