We added this product as a simple and easy page that includes EVERYTHING that you need to (cuff, chain and connector/fastener) to secure your BAHA, Sentio, ADHEAR, Ponto or Osia off the ear processor.
Our "8Loop Fastener" secures to your device (see our "Learn" section on how to secure it to your CI") and then choose between a 7, 10 or 13 cm chain to attach to the cuff on one end and then the 8Loop fastener on the other and then attach to the ear and wear with confidence. Video below to show how it all comes together.
Choose between gold silver or black cuff and the size of the chain at checkout. Each cuff/chain/fastener combo is for a single unit . If you wear two cochlear implants, you will need to purchase two.

I lovelovelove my new Helix cuffs. What a beautiful, simple, elegant solution to the problem of keeping your hearing aids planted firmly behind your ears. Brilliant!
There is a bit of a learning curve with respect to putting them on. Slide the cuff over the shell of your ear very close to where your ear attaches to your head, i.e., toward the front where the wire goes over your ear from front to back. It may take a few tries. If it hurts when you're putting it on, move forward (toward your face). The main thing is that the cuff needs to be over the wire to hold it in place. Once it's on right, you won't feel it at all.
