Our Twist Deafmetal USA safety ring is braided silver 925 and is a trendy way to add retention and style for your hearing devices. Simply loop the ring through the hole in the holster (sold separately) and then attach to the ear. Instructions included.
Deafmetal USA Holsters are sold separately and are needed in order to connect the safety ring to your hearing device. Also, each twist safety ring is sold as a single unit as some people only wear one hearing device.

So glad I finally found these for my hearing aids. As a nurse, I was constantly having issues keeping my behind the ear hearing aids in place and almost lost a few times. It’s embarrassing when one falls out while working with a patient. Now my hearing aids stay in place even with glasses!
I like that this band looks delicate but really does the job of keeping my hearing secure. I adjusted the fit slightly. I purchased this to wear with my hearing aid when travelling or in crowded situations.
