Keep Hearing devices secured with extra retention - From bending over to brushing your hair, hearing aids can become dislodged. Keep hearing devices secured with our diamond safety rings - no piercing required!
Easy to use - Simply slide our universal silicone holster over your hearing device and loop the star safety ring through the hole at the bottom of the holster. Then attach your hearing aid to your ear and gently attach the cuff to your earlobe. Cuff can be gently widened or pinched to adjust.
The Patented Deafmetal USA holster is sold separately and will need to be purchased along with the safety ring in order to wear.
Each Deafmetal USA jewelry is sold in one piece as some individuals only wear one hearing device.
