The Sailor Deafmetal cuff is what keeps your device secure—while the chain is all about edge and style ✨ The Sailor anchor cuff does the work, the chain does the talking—adding a bold, stylish touch to your hearing aid look. Available in 18k plated gold over silver or silver. Cuff attaches to the holster (sold separately) via a clasp as shown. Cuff is adjustable to widen for any size ear - NO PIERCING REQUIRED.
Off the ear cochlear implant wearers : Sailor cuff also has a clasp on the back side that you can attach any of our safety chains to in order to wear with an off the ear CI. The other side of the safety chain would then attach to your off the ear CI fastener. Chains and Fasteners sold separately. Each of these cuffs are sold as a single unit.
As always, each Sailor Deafmetal is sold as a single unit (cuff and chain) so you will need to purchase 2 for 2 devices. Connecting Holster Sold Separately.

I loved my jewelry that I received, but I found it quite expensive. I understand small businesses require more to stay afloat, but between my jewelry and the hearing aid attachment, it was around $140 with taxes. The cuffs are also sometimes hard to get on, but that is expected when they are used to help protect your hearing aids from falling off. So other than the high cost, no complaints at all! Loved the product, would buy again!
