Our insurance clip comes in two sizes M+ and M- AS THIS IS A NEW PRODUCT, WE ARE FINDING THAT MOST ADULTS PREFER THE BIGGER M+ SIZE FOR BETTER COMFORT SO AT THIS POINT, WE RECOMMEND YOU ORDER THE M+ IF ADULT AND THE M- FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN. The measurements in the diagram were initally suggested; however, most all adults regardless of measurements prefer the M+ bigger size.

Also, if you are noticing that the IC clip is too snug, there is a way to gently widen the clip using a chopstick and very warm water. See the pictures in the gallery of this listing to see how this is done (only if needed) as we have step by step instuctions.

I got this for my 10-year old
I got this for my 10-year old. He has historically worn a sports necklace with a cord attachment to keep his implant secured, but he was getting tired of always wearing the necklace, so this was a good alternative. So far it seems to be working well for him and keeping the hearing aid on while he's at school and active. I wish the beige color was a little more similar to his skin so it blends in better.

Beautiful, elegant, functional solution to a problem
I lovelovelove my new Helix cuffs. What a beautiful, simple, elegant solution to the problem of keeping your hearing aids planted firmly behind your ears. Brilliant!
There is a bit of a learning curve with respect to putting them on. Slide the cuff over the shell of your ear very close to where your ear attaches to your head, i.e., toward the front where the wire goes over your ear from front to back. It may take a few tries. If it hurts when you're putting it on, move forward (toward your face). The main thing is that the cuff needs to be over the wire to hold it in place. Once it's on right, you won't feel it at all.
