The Deafmetal USA Tube is a jewelry fastener to attach Deafmetal USA jewelry to Cochlear Kanso 2 and Kanso 3 and any device with similar retention attachment piece.
All Jewelry (chains etc) are sold separately so will need to be purchased separately. We have some suggestions for the Kanso 2 in our Misc. Cochlear fasteners and chains section. and please see our "learn" section for a how to video on how to attach.

I lovelovelove my new Helix cuffs. What a beautiful, simple, elegant solution to the problem of keeping your hearing aids planted firmly behind your ears. Brilliant!
There is a bit of a learning curve with respect to putting them on. Slide the cuff over the shell of your ear very close to where your ear attaches to your head, i.e., toward the front where the wire goes over your ear from front to back. It may take a few tries. If it hurts when you're putting it on, move forward (toward your face). The main thing is that the cuff needs to be over the wire to hold it in place. Once it's on right, you won't feel it at all.
