Our Safety chain collection is a great way to add some extra retention and a sleek look while at the same time adding extra security to your hearing device. These can be worn for all behind the ear hearing devices as well as off the ear cochlear implants with the appropriate attachments (holster for HA or BTE processor and other fasteners for off the ear CI). These snake chains are 7 cm long with one end attaching to the holster/fastener and the other end attaching to your own earring back to create your own unique pair of Deafmetal earrings.

The patented DEAFMETAL® Holster (which is the silicone piece that stretches to attach to the back of the hearing aid/BTE cochlear implant processor) is not included in the price, so please remember to order holsters separately. From our website, there are a variety of color choices for the holster itself. If you wear an off the ear CI processor, we have other attachments that will fit .

All DEAFMETAL® jewelry is sold as a single price, not in pairs, as there are many people who only use one hearing aid/cochlear implant.
