Our Safety chains were designed with retention in mind as our safety chains keep hearing devices safe from falling to the floor. Our silver 925 chainss comes in two sizes and measure 7 cm or 10 cm long. You can also choose silver or electroplated gold. One end attaches to the holster (not included) and the other end attaches to your earring back to create your own unique Deafmetal! Can be attached to a holster and also can be attached to a baha hook, ojoint for Rondo and cochlear tube for off the ear cochlear products.
