Safety rings are designed for retention (keeping hearing devices immovably in place) and do not require an ear piercing. The safety chain is intended for retention and style and can be attached to a patient’s favorite pair of earrings (it is a 7 cm chain that attaches to an earring back of an earring and then also to the included silicone holster which is what attaches to the hearing aid/CI. The “Bling” is a Deafmetal jewelry piece that is an earring with an attached chain as shown.

Additionally, in the Passenger Box, you will receive a beautiful Birch Deafmetal ear stand ($35 dollar value) with included silicone ear to be used for display purposes. Brochures and a Deafmetal polishing cloth are all included.
