This trendy ring Deafmetal loops through the Deafmetal silicone holster as shown and then attaches to the ear with a double ring. This Deafmetal was specifically designed to keep hearing aids from falling off the ear. Keep hearing aids secure with this brilliantly designed hearing aid / CI retention jewelry.
The Patented Deafmetal® holster is sold separately and will need to be purchased along with the safety ring in order to wear.

This little hearing aid attachment for a cuff is a GAME CHANGER. I have little kids who like to rough house, and frequently have to have my head at a weird angle to see what I’m doing for work. yesterday my hearing aids fell out of my ears at least 5 times. Today zero times. I love it I love it I love it. I will be sharing this with everyone I know, and probably some random strangers. Cannot recommend this product enough. In the current conditions of wearing a face mask along with glasses and hearing aids, there are just too many things fighting for space behind my ears. I was finding that every time I took off my mask I was pulling my hearing aids out of my ears. With my Deafmetal double safety ring, it doesn’t happen anymore. I can not say enough good things about this product and the sellers. I now have 3 “rings.” They do not only serve a purpose, which is the primary reason for purchasing, but they are beautiful. I am hoping this is what saves the day. Quick shipping, great communication and ease of use. So far so good! My son is 7. He is hearing impaired, non-verbal and quadriplegic. The CI has been his link to the world. We have been scouring the planet to find something that can help him retain his CI better

The ear cuff ended up not being very comfortable on my sensitive ears, but I went ahead and purchased a different type of product from this store that I actually really like better (the one made for pierced ears)
