What are your shipping fees & delivery times?

DOMESTIC

All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days
$7.99 flat fee for Standard US Shipping (3-6 business days after processing)


INTERNATIONAL

$17 ship to Canada – other countries vary in shipping fees -most are $23 flat fee for International Shipping (once shipped international transit times may vary by country)

When will my package be delivered?

Processing time is typically 1-2 days.  These times may be extended during holidays.  Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-6 days and varies greatly if it is being shipped internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS for domestic and DHL for international. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.  

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER; DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by DeafmetalUSA. Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the front of the package. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

How do I return or exchange my order?

We offer returns within 30 days from when the item was shipped.  

 

If you need to return, FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:

  1. All eligible Deafmetal jewelry or accessories  should be packaged securely in the original packaging, making sure you include your name and order number with your items for return. 
  2. Ship your package from whatever carrier you choose to the following address:

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We will inspect your Deafmetal  jewelry return shipment before we can process a refund. If items were returned in unused condition, we will credit your original payment method, excluding a $10 handling fee, within three weeks of receiving your Deafmetal return.

Can I Change My Order?

How To Use Gift Cards?

On the lower left hand corner of your gift card, there is a code that can be typed into the promo code section of checkout. Once the code is entered, it will remove the amount shown on the gift card from your total. Gift cards are single use at this time meaning you have to use the entire total in once transaction.

do you have order tracking?

Once your order is packaged and processed, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

what are your payment methods?

We are able to process any credit card payments. For audiology practices, invoicing is available.
